IPC Classification Code

The initial idea was to have the process finalized in a little more than 1 year time, with the final versions to be completed by the Torino 2006 Paralympic Winter Games. Soon it became obvious that this was not realistic, and the timelines were adjusted to ensure the process was conducted in the appropriate way, including the widespread consultation of the Paralympic Movement.
